What exactly is a "roast" and how does the QR code work?
A roast is a custom, humorous message or joke about your friend that gets printed as a QR code on premium apparel. When someone scans the QR code with their phone camera, they’re taken to a webpage displaying your legendary roast.
It’s the perfect way to turn inside jokes into wearable comedy that everyone can enjoy!
How do I create my roast?
Creating your roast is simple:
- Choose your product – Pick from hoodies, t-shirts, and more
- Upload & Chirp – Write your roast and upload any photo
- We create & print – We generate your QR code and print it on premium apparel
- Gift & roast – Give it to your friend and watch the magic happen!
Can I preview my roast before ordering?
Yes! During the creation process, you’ll be able to preview an exact example template of how your roast will look on the webpage before you purchase.

We offer a premium collection of roast-ready apparel:

What sizes are available?
We offer sizes from XS to XXXL for most products. Size charts are available on each product page to help you choose the perfect fit for maximum roast impact.
Can I include photos in my roast?
Absolutely! Photos are crucial to make roasts even more legendary. You can upload embarrassing childhood photos, funny moments, or anything that adds to the roast. Just make sure you have permission to use the photos!
Are there any content restrictions?
We keep things fun but respectful. Roasts should be:
- Humorous and light-hearted
- Something your friend would actually find funny
- Free from hate speech, harassment, or truly hurtful content
- Appropriate for public viewing (people will scan this!)

Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production time: 3–5 business days.
Shipping options:
Standard: 2–3 business days. (Usually it’s next day, but we’re playing it safe as we know this is likely a gift and you don’t want to show up empty-handed.)
Express: Contact us. We don’t love frantic “the party is tonight” phone calls, but if it’s humanly possible, we’ll make it happen.
The safe bet: Allow up to 7 business days total… plus 30 minutes to wrap your Roast of Greatness.
Do you ship internationally?
For Clothing & Accessories:
We currently ship apparel and accessories to all provinces across South Africa. International shipping is on the horizon, sign up for our newsletter and be the first to know when we go global.
For Print Your Own:
When you buy this option, we create your roast page and generate a custom QR code. You’ll receive the high-res file to print on any clothing you already own, or slap it on as a patch/badge to turn your gear into a roast-ready weapon.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on where you are and how fast you want it. Exact costs are worked out at checkout.
From time to time we run free delivery promos for orders over a certain amount — if it’s live, you’ll see it loud and clear at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your roast ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your legendary creation every step of the way to its destination.

What if the QR code doesn't work?
Having trouble scanning your QR code?
Don’t stress — here’s the checklist:
Good lighting makes all the difference.
Hold your phone 10–30cm from the code (not nose-to-screen close).
Use your phone’s camera app directly — it’s usually the best scanner.
Make sure you’ve actually got an internet connection (yes, it happens).
Still no luck? Send us a message and we’ll sort it out fast. Your roast deserves to be seen.
How long will my roast webpage stay active?
Our promise is to keep your roast webpage active for a minimum of 1 year minimum. Then we want you to roast someone else 🙂
Can I edit my roast after ordering?
Once production begins, we can’t make changes to your roast. Your image, Your Roast Headline, and Your Message are all set in stone the second your order goes through.
Please please please make sure you read what you’ve written carefully before placing your order! We foresee some people getting this wrong, and we don’t want that for you. Check your spelling and check it again. Our refund & returns policy does not cater for refunds in this regard.
Returns & Support
What's your return policy?
Since each item is custom-made with your personal roast, we can only accept returns for:
- Defective products or printing errors
- Wrong size or product shipped
- Damaged items during shipping
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right if there’s an issue on our end!
What if my friend doesn't like their roast?
That’s between you and your friend! 😅 But seriously, the best roasts come from inside jokes and shared memories. If you’re unsure, consider keeping it light-hearted and fun.
Remember: if they can’t handle the roast, they shouldn’t have stepped into the kitchen!
